Contact and project information
Before opening the home equity planning calculator, we ask for contact and project information, including your name, email, project or business location, project category and description, approximate budget, desired timing and relationship to the property. You may select “Not sure yet” or a not-applicable choice where offered. A phone number and preferred follow-up method are optional. If you would like a call, please include your number. A call request is not a confirmed appointment.
If you complete the property and funding questions, we collect your time in the home, estimated home value, outstanding mortgage balance and estimated credit-score range. These self-reported answers are stored with your inquiry and used to understand your project and any funding review you request. They are estimates, not a credit check or a financing decision.
We use these answers to understand your request and follow up with you. Completing the form is not a credit application, eligibility decision or financing approval. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports or financial documents through the inquiry form.
Calculator information
The planning calculator becomes available after the website accepts your inquiry. If you submitted an estimated home value or mortgage balance, those estimates may appear as optional starting values in the calculator. You can edit them. Later calculator edits and results stay in this page; they are not automatically sent to Imperium or added to your saved inquiry. You can copy a summary and decide whether to share it separately. Refreshing the page clears this calculator session.
The calculator does not send its financial entries or results to Meta. The results are illustrations using your inputs, not an appraisal, financing offer or approval.
Website, form and campaign services
Squarespace hosts this website and processes information entered into its native forms. Form storage and notification services configured for Imperium also process submitted inquiries. These service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information and cookies to operate, secure and deliver their services. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts.
Campaign labels in a page address may identify where a visit or inquiry came from. Where those labels are captured with an inquiry, we use them to understand our outreach. We review the advertising tools, disclosures and available privacy controls before enabling or changing advertising measurement. Inquiry contact consent is separate from newsletter, promotional text-message or advertising-tracking choices.
How we use and share information
We use inquiries to evaluate your request, contact you about it, prepare for a project conversation and maintain related business records. We will seek your permission before introducing you to our funding joint venture partner or sharing your inquiry for a funding review.
