Ray is the cofounder and COO of Imperium Strategies Group. A U.S. Marine Corps infantry veteran, general contractor and entrepreneur, he brings a vision that reaches beyond a single project.

His background shapes the approach: understand the mission, take responsibility and follow through. He brings that discipline to construction, development and new business relationships.

Ray’s vision is a connected business ecosystem where construction, capital, technology and trusted partnerships support one another and create value that lasts.

Kenneth Quesada

Kenneth Quesada is the cofounder and CEO of Imperium Strategies Group and the brother of Raymond Rudy Castaneda III. A family man, he is driven by two priorities: the people who matter and the systems that help them thrive.

Family gives his work purpose. Systems give it structure. He brings that mindset to Imperium with a focus on clear responsibilities, organized workflows and consistent follow through.

His approach to leadership centers on building a company that can grow with intention, support the people behind the work and create a lasting legacy for their families.
