Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Imperium Strategies Group, Inc. (“Imperium,” “we,” “us”) websites and services, including Imperium Home. By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1) Eligibility & Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are offered. You agree to use the Site and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2) Accounts & Submissions

• You may be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a pre-qualification form or contractor application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• By submitting information, you grant Imperium a non-exclusive right to use it solely for evaluating eligibility, delivering services, and complying with law.

3) Homeowner Projects

Imperium does not itself perform construction work. We coordinate with licensed contractor partners. All project agreements are entered into directly between homeowners and contractors. Imperium facilitates financing and project oversight but is not the contractor of record.

4) Contractor Partners

Contractors partnering with Imperium must maintain valid licensing (e.g., CSLB in California), insurance, and compliance with applicable law. Dealer or partner agreements may include additional terms governing fees, obligations, and performance.

5) Fees & Financing

• Homeowner financing terms are provided separately in financing agreements. Imperium Home projects may include equity-based payment arrangements (e.g., payment upon sale/refinance).
• Contractor dealer fees or participation fees are disclosed in partner agreements.

6) Intellectual Property

The Site, content, logos, and materials are owned by Imperium or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7) Privacy

Your use of the Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8) Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Imperium does not guarantee project outcomes, property value increases, or financing approvals.
• Contractor performance is the responsibility of the contractor.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Imperium for services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imperium and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will post the updated version and adjust the “Effective” date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
