Imperium Strategies Group operates an SMS text messaging program for customers and prospective customers. By providing your mobile phone number to Imperium through our website forms, lead ads, phone calls, or in writing, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system.

The specific use cases for messages sent under this program are:

• Appointment scheduling and reminders — confirming, rescheduling, or reminding you of consultations, site visits, and walkthroughs.
• Estimates and quotes — notifying you when an estimate is ready and following up on questions.
• Project updates — status of your remodeling, ADU, or landscaping project, including crew arrival times, scheduling changes, permit and inspection milestones, and completion notices.
• Customer service responses — replies to inquiries you have submitted to us.
• Billing and payment notifications — invoice availability and payment reminders.
• Promotional offers — occasional information about seasonal promotions, financing options, and service offerings.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still receive services from Imperium without agreeing to receive text messages.

2.3 Instructions to Opt Out (Text STOP)

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us at any time. You may also text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you text STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request, and we will send no further text messages to that number unless you opt back in.

To opt back in after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or contact us using the information in Section 2.7 and request to resume messages.

2.4 Instructions to Get Help (Text HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response containing our program name and support contact information. You may also reach our support team directly using the contact details in Section 2.7 below.

2.5 Message Frequency Disclosure

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your project status and your communication with us. Most customers receive approximately 2–8 messages per month. During an active project, you may receive more frequent messages related to scheduling and job progress.

2.6 Message and Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may be charged for each message sent to or received from Imperium. Imperium does not charge a fee for participating in this messaging program, but your carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for details about the rates and charges that apply to your plan.

2.8 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Imperium nor any wireless carrier guarantees that messages will be delivered, and neither is responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any message sent under this program.

2.9 Age Restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the Imperium SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly send marketing text messages to individuals under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected a mobile number from someone under 18, we will remove that number from our messaging program.

2.10 Phone Number Ownership and Changes

You represent that you are the owner or an authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to us. If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us promptly using the contact information in Section 2.7 so we can update our records and avoid sending messages to a reassigned number.

2.11 Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice, as well as many regional carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

2.12 Privacy and No Sharing of SMS Consent

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by Imperium are used solely to operate the messaging program described in these Terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information collected through text messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect, how it is used, how it is secured, and the rights available to you.
