No hard credit pull for pre-qualification. We use limited information and a soft inquiry when needed.
Do I have monthly payments?
Our program offers no monthly payments until you sell or refinance your home. Final terms depend on review and program availability.
How long does a decision take?
Pre-qualification decisions are typically made the same business day. Full application reviews are usually 24–72 hours after we receive documents.
What information do you collect for pre-qualification?
Contact details, property address, project type/budget, estimated household income, mortgage status (and if applicable, monthly payment and approximate remaining balance), credit profile, and the last 4 digits of SSN for identity verification.
What documents are needed for a full application?
Government ID, most recent pay stub, last 2 years of W-2s or tax returns, a recent mortgage statement, and your homeowner’s insurance declaration page.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Forms are transmitted over encrypted (SSL) connections, and uploads are encrypted in transit. We don’t request a full SSN on pre-qualification—only last 4 for identity matching.
Do I need to own and live in the property?
Most programs require you to be an owner; some require primary residence. Tell us your situation and we’ll match the right option.
What projects qualify?
Roofing, landscaping, turf, kitchen/bath, exterior coatings, solar, and more. If your project is unique, choose Other and we’ll confirm eligibility.
What loan sizes are available?
Typical projects range from $50,000 to $500,000. Approval and limits depend on your profile and property.
Are there fees or early payoff penalties?
Fees and payoff terms vary by program/partner. We’ll provide a clear cost breakdown before you sign. Many options do not have prepayment penalties—ask your rep to confirm for your selection.
Will there be a lien on the property?
Some programs place a lien or deed of trust to secure the obligation. We’ll disclose this up front so you can review before proceeding.
Can I apply in-home?
Yes. Your representative can text you a secure link so you can complete everything on your own device.
I have a mortgage—can I still qualify?
Yes. We’ll ask for your monthly payment and approximate remaining balance to assess eligibility.
