Is the design consultation really free?
Yes. We come to your home, walk the space with you, talk through layout, cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures, and leave a written, itemized estimate. No fee and no obligation to hire us.
How fast will someone contact me?
Within the hour, seven days a week from 7am to 7pm. Our average is about 15 minutes. Submit overnight and you'll hear from us first thing in the morning.
How long does a remodel take?
It depends on scope, and we won't guess. Before we start you get a completion date in writing, and if we run past it we pay you $100 for every day we're late.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Where a permit is required, we pull it and schedule the inspections. You don't deal with the city.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Monthly-payment financing for larger projects, and for homeowners with equity, an option with no monthly payments through our funding partner. We'll go over both during your consultation.
